Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Goods sold through this website are pre-loved (used), and that means they probably won't look new when you receive them. We strive to sell only items that are still usable, and we do our best to describe and disclose any flaws, stains, or other defects in the item to allow you to make an informed decision about your purchase.


As a launch special, we are offering flat-rate shipping of $5 within Ontario and free shipping within Ontario on orders over $75. 


We check and double-check all items that pass through our doors.  

When you receive your items, please inspect them. If we missed something, please let us know and we will be happy to exchange or return it within 10 days of your purchase.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Grab bags excluded

Grab bags (play clothes) are not eligible for refunds or returns. They are final sale.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

Sale items

Only regular and sale priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items and grab bag items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, contact us.

Shipping for returns and exchanges

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Get Into Gear, 3-304 Stone Road West, Suite #312, Guelph ON N1G 4W4, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
